Food was okay for the purpose, the burgers were a little too greasy for our liking. The salad and fresh fruit bar were great though. 1 server for the floor but she was amazing! We didn’t lack for a thing.

Amanda was absolutely an amazing server great personality. She was super slammed and took very good care of everyone on the floor with no attitude no huffing and puffing no stress. She was an absolute wonderful multitasker. Myself or my family drinks never went empty. I recommend her to anyone and everyone

Jenny P went out of her way to take very good care of me! Be sure to ask for her when you come in. 😊 I grew up in Springdale eating at Frisch's and I really wish they had them in South Florida where I live!

I travel to Hamilton Ohio often from Lexington Ky. I always stop at Frisch's, Richard's, Wings on brookwood, and Mike's Gyros. The last few times stopping at this Frisch's have not been good. I usually just suck it up and realized that everyone has their bad days. After 4xs getting horrible food at this location, I've decided to say something... Please step your game up! It is so disappointing when you order food to take back with you, 200+ miles and enjoy, just to open the bag and realize such a disappointment! Id like to continue looking forward to stopping by here agin and I would really appreciate it if you took 1 more min to slowed down and ensure quality. Thanks a million for reading this. I'll update this post next month if its any better. All 4 of my BIG boys where just like the one pictured after asking for heavy tarter sauce and extra lettuce.
